Situated in Calgary's vibrant beltline, The Park is an 18-storey high-rise condominium tower offerring luxury living in an unbeatable location.
The project overlooks the rejuvinated Central Memorial Park and provides easy access both to the trendy 17th Ave and to the downtown core. Fitting its name, The Park is designed to be environmentally friendly, with thermal glazing, rainwater storage for the irrigation systems and green roofs on three levels.
The building contains 164 units with terraced upper roof levels and three levels of underground parking. The exterior is comprised of thermal tinted blue glass, providing a contemporary finish to the timeless architectural design.

Kevin has had an extensive career in the construction industry. He has experience in all stages of construction, and possesses many years of hands-on experience in the management of construction projects.
Kevin has demonstrable experience and a record of success on large-scale projects, including a 283,000 m² Exhibition Centre Expansion, Hospitals, Large Commercial and both Office and Residential High Rise, and Institutional Construction Projects.

Mark Dingman began working in the construction industry in 1987. After 5 years working as a concrete mason & carpenter, Mark began his degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering. Upon graduation from Engineering in 1996 Mark began his post-college career serving as field engineer on the Henry Ford lift-span rail bridge project in the Port of Los Angeles. In 2001 after four years of managing specialty steel projects, and one year serving as an EIT at a structural engineering firm, Mark transitioned to the general construction industry starting out as Assist PM on a new-build high school project.
Mark's project experience since 2001 has included a convention center, a bio-medical research building, underground parking structures, ice arenas, office space, another high school project, tenant improvements, water filtration facilities, and multi-family residential buildings. After working in California, Utah and Colorado for many years, Mark moved to Calgary in 2007. Outside of work, Mark is a certified master scuba diver and an avid guitar player that enjoys live music and travel.×

Joseph has been involved in the construction industry for over 10 years. His previous roles include being a lead hand for a commercial concrete forming contractor in Calgary and Vancouver, site supervisor for the developer of several commercial buildings at Quarry Park in Calgary and Project Manager for a large remedial earthworks contractor in Calgary.
Joseph obtained his Civil Engineering Diploma from SAIT in 2005 and went on to become an NCSO and later get his PMP designation.×

Scott has several years of experience in the construction and development industry working as a Development and Project Coordinator. Scott's educational background, business experience abroad, and passion for knowledge allow him to apply himself to various development and construction contexts to facilitate our goals. His recent receipt of the Project Management Certificate has further developed his abilities to plan, organize, and facilitate the construction/development process.×

Jason brings several years of experience in Cost Accounting, providing financial reporting and analysis both for work in progress as well as future developments. He holds a BAA Accounting Degree and is currently working on his CPA designation.×

Nicole obtained her BA in Engineering from the University of Shanghai. She is currently adding to her considerable skills in the Civil Engineering Technology program at SAIT. Nicole also brings experience in supply chain management, having worked at one of the world’s leading freight and supply management companies. She is excited to bring her strong work ethic and attention to detail to Newland Construction.×
Jerry brings over 15 years of experience to the team, and is used to ensuring projects are being completed on time and to specifications and within budget. Jerry directs and oversees all site activities and personnel, working the closely with engineers, architects and inspectors and trades, at the same time as ensuring high safety standards at all times.
Jerry brings knowledge and experience gained on a variety of construction projects across Canada ranging from a Church of Latter Day Saints (for which exceptional attention to detail was required), single and multi-family homes, multimillion dollar renovations, commercial retail outlets, underground concrete structures and multifamily condominiums.×
Site Safety Officer
Rick has been involved in Health and Safety for over 5 years. His previous experience includes working for the Government of Alberta and working with various trades such as carpentry, plumbing and excavation.
Rick is a certified National Construction Safety Officer, this qualification achieved in 2013 from the Alberta Construction Safety Association.
Rick is very passionate about safety and his mission is to be supportive and provide direction to create a better safety culture.×
